Chef Bio

Executive Chef Chris Moore fell in love with Southern cuisine and culture when she moved to the region in 2015.

„Southern cuisine is a great collection of stories passed down in the form of family recipes, memories, and dishes that I have been so fortunate to experience in my career. I have lived in and loved a lot of places, and while I can’t take you there, the dishes that my team and I create will bring little pieces of those places to you.”

Chef loves her team, and is passionate about making your dining experience the best one yet. Cooking isn’t Chris’ only passion though; she’s a sucker for a great black and white movie and loves collecting vinyl records.
